Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits, open concept work space

Cons

The company grew too quickly and has a veey poor, unskilled management team, often making snap decisions and changes in procedure and policy that are difficult too implement. Very little support is offered from an unseasoned over worked and poorly trained management team.

Working at one of the companies that could have changed the financial services world

Cons

Extreme micromanagement; lack of adherence to internally developed OKRs; management not leadership; an amount of manager-level gas lighting that exceeds all reasonable amounts.

Pros

-Great Benefits and perks -Stunning office close to BART packed with amenities and an incredible staff property managers

Cons

-Despite it's prominence during company-wide all-hands - the company's values existed in name only, and were often contradicted from the actions leadership -Brilliant employees lacked resources needed to fulfill their potential -Overwhelming number of meetings that often suffer from the grandstanding and tendency for the loudest in the room having the least to say -It's not what you know, but who you know -No sense of accountability across leadership - blame is hot potato that ends up in the hands of those working hardest to propel the company forward
