poorly defined expectations and okr's poor ramp up period set up for failure from manager felt like manager never had my back

Pros

- Will send you a lot of free merch - Some people are nice

Cons

- Toxic managers that have no clue how to manage - Micromanagement pattern to the point it's impossible to get work done - Favoritism is a big aspect of work - Late hours and working on weekends - HR won't do anything about toxic managers even if they know all the data - When leaving the company expect management and HR to try to force you to say what company you going to

You may have left before we re-launched our manager onboarding program, which includes tools and trainings to enable our people-managers with the support they need to lead and inspire their teams.
