This will and has driven good employees to leave the company. -Direct supervision can very rude and unwilling to help. You should be able to be to ask your supervisor questions, not be scared and publicly chastised when doing so. -Terrible, terrible interdepartmental communication from the top to the bottom. New products and major changes are rolled out with little, or in most cases, no notice. Customers should not be aware of what’s going on before your own employees.
