      Pros

      You are surrounded by a lot of smart people. Most of the people in the engineering staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming to new hires.

      Cons

      There was a leadership crisis. Most team leads are not qualified to lead. There is no clear communication between leader and follower. Most managers don't know how to manage.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and dedicated staff. Fully paid medical, dental, and vision. Some of the managers are really engaged and provide excellent coaching. Others are not.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement, unrealistic expectations for the hourly wage and poor communication between departments. No raises are given. The executives are not approachable.

      Pros

      Free Medical is amazing , they offer good pay for Utah, they do have free meals which more companies should follow.

      Cons

      Asking for help is a joke!. If you are female don’t expect much this Company is Male based. You are as good as you are trained. You will hear the word fired allot! You will be pushed to reach a goal that is not reachable on a daily bases.
