      Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      Working at SoFi is great. I really enjoy the culture and especially the employees at SoFi, everyone I've interacted with really aligns with SoFi values. The compensation is more than competitive, and the work that I do I truly feel like I make an impact for the company and in the world.

      Cons

      The Seattle office space is too small for the amount of employees that are based in Seattle, which disrupts collaboration and also keeps employees from coming into office more often. I think we need a bigger space that accommodates more teams. Many also are on the eastside and commuting is difficult.
