The recruiters were professional, responsive, and respectful throughout the process. Communication was generally clear, especially regarding the role scope and high-level expectations. The interviewers demonstrated strong technical and business knowledge, which made the conversations valuable and relevant. The process allowed me to showcase both my technical expertise and my experience in governance, risk, and stakeholder management.

Cons

Some stages of the process took longer than expected, which occasionally made timelines unclear.
