Pros
After for there for more than 5+ years, there is not a lot of positive things to say about it. they have a college reimbursement program, but you have to fight to get reimbursed. they have a game room but nobody uses it. they do have a cereal bar that was nice. if you are on of the favorited employee they take care of you.
Cons
The atmosphere is alway tenses there. The time that I was employed, they have multiply lay offs. the IT staff seem to get replace every other month. If you don't agree with the president you will either be fired or ask to leave. account managers are not give the tools or information to help client so alot of the time they either have to out right lie or make some thing up. Big companies that partner with galileo like barclays and Captial one jump ship once they figure out who they are dealing with. Good employee have been fired for making mistake that were beyond there control. Haressment and discrimnation issues have over looked by HR personnel. job advancement or employee development have not place. Most employee are continually look for other jobs despite a profit sharing/ bonus program. The profit sharing/ bonus program has probably be drop by now along with all the other failled attends to motivate employee. The worst are the all hands meeting. I remember one where the company was think of going to india for a call center and it was used to show the president religious proselytizing intents.
