Most of the management was a joke. Very unprofessional with no education or training. The company had an upstairs/downstairs culture. Everyone in the call center was treated like garbage. Everyone in the corporate office upstairs was treated like gold. The break room in the call center was always filthy. Dirty dishes left stinking in the sink for days on end. The microwaves were caked with layers of cooked on, stinky food. Dirty dishes, food wrappers and half-full cans of soda are always left strewn around the call center. Huge nasty stains on the carpet. Gross! HR is a joke. They do nothing to resolve discrimination and harassment complaints. In fact, they encourage it.

Codebase is old and gnarly; you'll maintain spaghetti code. The performance review and raise process is something right out of a Dilbert cartoon. They usually have a pay freeze, but if they don't, raises are strictly 2-3% increases. Backwards security practices make the job harder. You won't have the tools you need. For example, Internet access is severely restricted and basically unusable.
