We appreciate the positive feedback on our development methodology. However, the “Cons” portion of this review is not true. We have many employees who are not LDS, and we have not received a report of religion-based discrimination. If we were to receive such report, the matter would be investigated quickly and thoroughly. With regards to the claim of no raises, that is not true. Galileo provides competitive salaries and merit based increases. We have an annual merit review process. Merit increases are based upon performance. As for employees providing two weeks notice before leaving Galileo, we appreciate receiving such advance notice. Like any company, after an employee provides notice of his or her intent to leave, the departing employee may be invited to leave but this does not happen often and only under extenuating circumstances. Generally, the departing employee will be encouraged to continue to work during such period to ensure a smooth transition of work.
