LACK of knowledge and leadership from managers. They constantaly will be 15 to 30 minutes late each day, which leaves their assigned agents hanging with questions to assist customers. Managment if given callback requests will genrally just give back to a call center agent to complete. There is also a lack of knowledge by management . They dont know products or settings of products can take at least a week of research to know general info on a product. for example: There was an agent who explained to a customer they could not take cash off card that is marked in a lost status. Our agent was corrected and was told that was incorrect info and against card policy. Only a week later a mass email went out adv no cash back on cards marked lost. This just shows there is a lack of knowledge. Managers will also take personal calls at desk and be on cell phones at desk not being fully aware of their agents needs. THE MAIN CON IS THE MANAGERS!!!

Sometimes the company is not open to new ideas or new ways of doing things and relies on a small core of management to make all decisions. This may cause it to become stagnant.
