Pros
I enjoy working at Galileo. I've been here for a few years and have enjoyed the people I have worked with. Galileo is a family friendly company that realizes that there is life beyond work. It is great to work at a place that does not make me sacrifice my family for the job. I feel as though I have a voice and can share my thoughts/opinions with my manager. The facilities are excellent and have incredible views of the mountains/Salt Lake Valley. There are lots of additional perks that make things comfortable, but the best thing about Galileo is the people. Most of the people here are great at their job and are willing to go the extra mile to help when needed.
Cons
Galileo is a smaller company that is privately owned. For someone that is used to big public corporate life, it means you might not get the glorified title of VP.
