First and foremost, thank you for the 2+ years you dedicated to working at Galileo. While we're happy to hear you enjoyed some of the benefits we offer employees, your feedback about poor management and work/life balance are disheartening to hear. We believe our people are our greatest differentiator, if we take care of them, they will take care of our clients. We're sorry to hear this was not your experience. You may have left before we re-launched our manager onboarding program, which is designed to give new managers the tools, resources, and trainings to support their teams. Additionally, we know that the current work from home environment has made balancing work and life even more difficult, but we hope you were able to take advantage of some of the benefits we offer employees to help manage burnout and overall wellness.
