The employees are awesome. Super nice employee kitchen for those on the 3rd floor

Cons

Horrible leadership! Call center and bank operations are treated poorly. Senior leadership is absent and the three clowns that run the business, mainly the founder, CFO, and Attorney are hideous and the laughing stock in the entire organization

The company appears to be trying to change its culture and improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Cons

Many issues that vary from manager to manager and a lack of direction for employees. These leaves them to try and figure out on their own what the company needs/wants in order to portray that they deliver enough "value add" without getting into trouble for going against managements actual desires.

Not much is positive. They have a nice office space.

Cons

Their systems are always down which is causing them to lose valuable customers. They have no leadership and vision. They put way too much faith and trust in one "architect" who is the root cause for most of their system problems.
