Pros

In most roles you will never have to put in over 40 hours a week. There is no capability for most people to work from home or access any work related materials or email. When you leave for the day you no longer need to be concerned about work.

Cons

Poor executive management. Onerous security practices that inhibit productivity. No upward mobility. Nebulous bonus program. Rare opportunities to increases compensation.

They timed my potty breaks, had mandatory overtime for pregnant women, horrible training guides, and low standards of work area.
