We are glad you are enjoying the benefits we offer employees, but also acknowledge that maintaining a healthy work-life balance has been particularly challenging this past year as we have transitioned to working from home due to COVID-19. However, we assure you that it is a top priority to address this year. We also recently rolled out a training program for new managers at SoFi, which we plan to also launch for Galileo. The objective is to give managers everything they need to know about managing people, from how to foster inclusion and belonging on their team, to building their personal leadership brand.
