Thank you for sharing your candid thoughts with us. We are sorry to hear that your time at Galileo was less than stellar! We are very disappointed to hear you felt there is a culture of nepotism - we do not condone or support favoritism from leadership, and as a company we make decisions based on data. We also recently rolled out a training program for new managers at SoFi, which we plan to also launch for Galileo. The objective is to give managers everything they need to know about managing people, from how to foster inclusion and belonging on their team, to building their personal leadership brand.
