Pros

Most people in management have their employee’s best interest in mind, especially in regards to the clinical staff.

Cons

The company is held back by inconsistent management and lack of leadership training.

Pros

There's a huge focus on interdisciplinary care with protected time to collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists. Small caseload sizes with a focus on serving an early childhood population. The clinical model focuses on the Early Start Denver Model, which offers a different approach compared to traditional ABA providers.

Cons

It's a new company so there are changes and processes to improve.

Pros

Flexibility in the team was nice (no longer an option), diverse clients, integrated health model, iPads, play-based, ESDM, good training/hiring model.

Cons

Big corporation in autism care! Corporations are a business at the end of the day, and care can get diluted.
