Working with talented colleagues, constant opportunities for learning, was able to develop innovative products, really great supervisors who car eabout you as a person, very flexible schedule

*Some personnel were friendly (those that were not lifers) *Pretty good work/life balance *Good coffee

Cons

*Felt they really wanted to do good, but so many corners were cut to try to win government awards *Terrible personnel who were higher up the food chain or there longer- like bullying, outright lying, anything needed to ensure they didn't lose their seat of power *You got raises and promotions based on kissing you know what as opposed to actually knowing and being outstanding at your job
