Pros

You can get time off as needed & teamwork between co-workers. Hopefully, the new Commissioner will boost morale and bring much-needed help.

Cons

The lack of proper training and the fact that the agency chooses to be unaccountable to address the discrepancy in real-time. Also, customer service representatives should be doing their job and parts of other programs if they won't be compensated like the claims representatives, especially if they're not appropriately trained.

Pros

Good pay, flexible hours, holidays off.

Cons

The nature of tax season and Medicare enrollment can make a lot of "hurry up and wait" situations.
