      Pros

      If you can survive the training the growth potential is present.

      Cons

      The training program is long, exhaustive, disorganized, and the staff does not seem to value those in the program. Schedules are not released timely and are changed at a moment's notice. Using annual or sick time is discouraged and often not approved. Constant threats of punitive action if test scores aren't above 75%. Training can last up to 2 years.

      You get to help people who might have no other income.

      Cons

      Training. Inadequate follow-up to make sure you’re doing things correctly. Empty promises from management. Refusal to acknowledge the work of the hardest-working employees.

      None. Other reviews state helping the public. That’s laughable because this agency goes against that. Unless your higher management pay is not good for what you deal with.

      Cons

      Everything. If you start at the tsc you would die at the tsc. Absolutely no promotional potential. Micromanaging! Repetitive work day gets boring quick. No diversity in the FO or WSU unless it’s ssi only if you know where I’m getting at. If desperation set in for a job still refuse this job offer it’s not worth it!
