Pros

- Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work - Decent Pay - Decent Leave

Cons

- Unreasonable Productivity Expectation that promotes maximum writing production to the detriment of quality analysis and explanation, resulting in customer confusion/dissatisfaction and undue employee stress. - Lack of opportunity to branch out and learn other duties or departments. - Lack of promotion potential unless you are able and willing to relocate - Secrecy between upper management and local management/employees

The worst

Pros

None. It’s literally the worst federal agency to work for. Do not work there

Cons

Lawyers are treated like widgets Lawyers are constrained. There’s very few GS14 and 15 positions. You will be bottle necked at GS12 or 13 depending on where you start. Remote work is over. The agency never enacted a remote work plan or policy unlike many other agencies.
