Cons

This place needs to be shut-down. The staff was horrible, negligent totally untrained. I stomached it for a few weeks and quit. Staff encouraged clients to fight, made them do things repetitively while ignoring them, slept in their vans. It was a terrible experience. Complaints went nowhere, management was unfit. Toxic toxic staff

Clients, work programs for clients, volunteer sites for clients

Cons

Low pay for doing many jobs. Driving Vans to take clients to program and back home. Lots of unnecessary paperwork. Poor management. In charge of 4 low functioning clients. Staff drama. Staff never stays.
