      Pros

      Nothing that isn't outweighed by the cons.

      Cons

      First rots at the head - that's the best way to describe this place. The head office has not idea how to run production and the ignorant decisions flow downhill to the people that actually produce the the product that make the money. But when those decisions are bad, the people they need to support most get all the blame and more. Avoid this place at all costs.

      Pros

      If I were a VP making a 6 figures and worked in the only non production location in the country, I'd give it 5 stars too.

      Cons

      But I was a hourly production worker in awful dangerous conditions that made barely a living wage and was treated like a 3rd rate human because I didn't have a fancy titles and not Italian.
