Great team environment where everyone is supportive of one another. There is a lot of growth happening with the company at a corporate level allowing space for employees to provide feedback and be apart of the growth. The company is strong in supporting employees both professionally and personally giving them the space to improve within their role and the opportunity to learn and move into new roles if they choose. Team events such as lunch, Christmas parties, pot lucks are all apart of the Sofidel year as well – and Popcorn Friday is a fun event every week that is a nice spin on “meeting at the water cooler”
Cons
With corporate growth comes company growing pains of course. The need to be flexible and change processes rapidly can be overwhelming to some.
