      Sometimes the industry is experiencing tough time, but this is cyclical.

      Pros

      This consumer goods line of products it's a very stable business. Well funded and supported operations in constant growth and expansion. Great Safety culture and amazing people to work with. Company has a Family oriented approach.

      Cons

      As with most manufacturing enviroments, operations and work is around the clock and may sometimes require long hours of work but schedules are rotational allowing accomodating business days off during the week for production employees.

      Pros

      Health benefits are not only affordable but offer a lot of coverage. I didn't have to wait long until my benefits began too. Management is very welcoming and willing to help new employees learn about processes and the way the company functions in general. The company culture is awesome. People who work here are genuinely kind, funny, and intelligent. People here want to work hard and have a good time while doing it. Also... since it's an Italian-based company.. there will never be a shortage of good coffee/espresso in the break room! (Huge plus for caffeine fiends like myself)

      Cons

      They don't offer a hybrid or remote schedule, but the people here make it easier coming into the office five days a week.
