This company will not adhere to Equality Act 2010. They will discriminate your religious views. They will discriminate your disability, as I've seen in a case.

Good bunch of guys are the only Pro`s for this place

Cons

The Warehouse/facility manager is obnoxious, incompetent and clueless about warehousing, is massively over promoted above his ability. You are just a number here, shifts are awful and you are constantly harrassed and screamed at and treated like dirt, avoid at all costs.

No pros, very rigid corporation

Cons

No progression, no flexibility, very old fashioned ( a colleague with red hair was asked to change it to a more natural colour, she left) Severely understaffed at all times, the manager does not care about how much pressure they put on people and what their workload is. Had to work non contracted weekend hours which were not paid.
