      Pros

      Job security. Learn multiple tasks in wide area of Industrial manufacturing. Always room for furthering your job knowledge and advancement.

      Cons

      Hot working conditions, long hours, rotating shifts, overtime, dirty working conditions, pay not good for working in a heavy duty and at times hazardous work environment, very noisy. Every year the company might give you a twelve cent raise if you jump through all their hoops the year prior.
