Constantly being told were under achieving in all areas .We are reminded that we are lucky to have a job. Within 14 months of s take over all sick pay benefits were stopped for shop floor employees. 75 % of staff at the plant have an average 16 year service but are beginning to leave, Staff replacements are hired on a lower paid contract than there counterpart workers. As with all places of work when staff leave morale becomes low and having worked at the plant 19 years this is by far the worst and least employee focused company to work here. Not the best employer by a long way .and will sooner rather than later have a high staff turn over.
