      * Fun and challenging projects * Dedication is recognized and rewarded * Ability to work remotely with no micro-management * Tools to get the job done are provided * Steady pay increase * Career growth is encouraged * Founders create and execute superb vision

      Frequent reorganizations, but this is probably normal for a growing company.
