Pros
They honor their promises. You just have to be smart enough to get that in writing. They are very flexible during negotiations, just get it in writing. Marketing is good if you establish good terms with the marketing team. But they don't necessarily negotiate a good rate with the vendors. They have a very good legal team and I think this is what matters the most in terms of OPT/H1 workers. They always pay in time. I know a guy whose middle vendor did not pay Softnice a penny for his 6 month contract. But Softnice paid him his rate. And this is the number one reason that inspires my loyalty to Softnice. I'll not leave them for any other consultancy.
Cons
Nothing much to say anything negative about this company, except for the fact that it is not cool when you have to take things in writing in order for them to honor it.
