      Pros

      I have been working with SoftNice since last one year. They have good teams, all are friendly and co-operative. They give good pay initially and gradually increase according to commitment.

      Pros

      I have been working with Softnice for more than 7 years now and it has been very good experience working with them since then. They have very good team and management to work with. They provide steady rise in pay. No complains or concerns.

      NONE: I am unsure why this company is even on here. Does Glass Door have any quality controls?? Going back to Dice and Monster ...

      Cons

      This company sent an email with a single-scope job req Title: "Middleware Engineer" with no listed level (so assuming this is a level 1 position). The actual job description was basically an aggregation of the DUTIES of an entire IT department with presentation, non-technical (to management) with root cause analysis basically a principal engineering or Sr. infrastrucuture engineering level position ... quoted at $50/hour. A Lead sysadmin not engineer in a small town was @$65 / Hour 13 years ago. This is a TOTAL mismatch of Title to actual job married to a wholly inadequate compensation rate.
