Better than a lot of jobs.

Pros

Great people and culture, casual dress, fun activities, decent money, excellent resume fodder, job stability, progressive work environment, benefits/perks, and in the media department there are no phone calls or customers or other such things to deal with on a daily basis.

Cons

Huge gaps in communication/training, pay could be better, work can be somewhat tedious or boring.

Pros

SoftRock promotes hard workers quickly. You can start in an entry level position and then six months later be working as management, or in an HR role, or in some other position where your skills fit best. I love that they offer participation in office events, activities, charities and sports leagues, which makes working a positive experience for me everyday. They have done a great job making me (and all of the employees) feel comfortable through this transition of rapid expansion in the best ways that they can. I think the events and in-office competitions / activities help ease the process for all of us.

Cons

There are more people working in an office that hasn't grown in size, and that means there is a lot of moving and changing of desks.

Pros

SoftRock is not just a job its a career! * Fun and relaxed environment * Great coworkers and managers * Endless opportunities SoftRock has many different things to get involved in like sports, games, cookouts, and much more!

Cons

SoftRock is a great place to work but the only downside for me is that it is a long drive home.
