Cons
I am truly trying to help those who are going to interviews with SoftRock. Do not quit any current job you have. If you are unemployed, you can check out the job for yourself. The second interview is there to get you pumped up about the company so make sure you understand what you will be doing. They make cuts every two days under the MIT program. SO make sure you are used to a number driven environment.
