Pros

The environment is positive and professional and the company is consistently growing. -Professional and positive environment, great co-workers -Free and convenient food and drink -Good benefits

Cons

-Advancement is not really there as of right now -Misleading job descriptions; at barebones the entry positions are in call centers (education advisor and employment specialist) are essentially sales and marketing with the end goal of selling contact information to schools -***Google the CEO (Alec Difrawi) and the company; do your own research before believing all of the reviews here. There's a reason you see mixed reviews. -Change happens frequently

Pros

You get free food every Friday -- crappy frozen burgers and hot dogs.

Where do I begin.... First of all, I'd like to say that most of the "positive" reviews on here are fake. The CEO and executive team made all employees go on Glassdoor to submit reviews. Of course they said they could be anonymous but I highly doubt anyone would post anything negative for fear of losing their jobs. Second of all, it's all smoke and mirrors to distract you from what's really going on. Lies, lies, and more lies. This company does not care at all about its employees. They made massive cuts to several departments 3 weeks before Christmas. I know what you're thinking, "business is business, right?" NOPE. There was absolutely no rhyme or reason as to why they let go of some and kept others... Well, except for the fact that the people they kept were really good at flag football, pretty, popular, and/or related to (or sleeping with) the CEO and Upper Management team. I could go on and on about the many lies and scams that make up this "company" but this review would turn into a novel. My advice, don't let the pretty faces, the salary promises, and chic decor deter your judgement.

Fickle, Ambiguous Company That's Spiraling Downward

Pros

Does passionately slaving away week after week while working overtime and weekends for a subpar salaried wage count as a pro? The company does provide free snacks, free lunches, and parties... but with the intentions of luring fresh employees in for a sucker rate. The culture is fantastic on the surface.

Cons

This company is built on broken promises and the dangling of possibility. Bonuses are talked about, but rarely delivered. The CEO is a narcissist that sleeps with the talent. It's okay though, there isn't an HR department. Employees are constantly afraid they will be caught "talking". The reality of the environment is that everyone is discussing things behind each others backs. Very professional.
