Pros

The atmosphere is excellent, the people are great, the culture at the office is overall truly special. It is a very family oriented company that works hard and plays hard. Whether that is fantasy football, flag football, kickball, softball, volleyball, community work, work picnics, etc. This company was the best thing that happened to my career.

Cons

Downfall of expanding so much in a small period of time, probably need larger work space. But I believe that is something management is working on.

Pros

Room for growth and advancement. Friendly atmosphere. They have guidance counselors for those that get stressed out. There's always an abundance of free food available. Sports and activities available after work provided by the company with free food at locations and parks around the city. Your ideas count at Softrock. Your job and your pay is determined by how hard you want to work and how well you invest your time thhere.

Cons

I really can't find anything that I don't like. And if I did I know that they would do something about it. Let's see......Idk.There's really not much that I don't like but if I come up with something I'll come back to this page and right it down.
