Pros

Lots of potential for moving up and increasing your salary, a really fun place to work with all the activities that go on besides working, it's like being with your family away from home

Cons

can't think of any at this time since i am quite happy with my job at softrock and really glad i was able to join this amazing team

Pros

I love the close-knit feeling that exists within this company and especially in my department! There is a mutual respect for getting the job done well that resonates among my co-workers and I, and really come together to get the job done well. Team work is a huge pro!

Cons

1. More parking is a MUST! Since the company is growing so much, we need more room to contain us :) 2. Too much change at times with systems put in place.... It would be nice to let a system stay in place long enough to see if it works and then tweak accordingly.

A growing company with a lot of growth potential. Plenty of promotion from within the company. Flexible hours and a great team environment. Great place to work

Hours can be long at times but it usually will lead to better results. The growth can lead to some confusion but that is expected with any growing company.
