Pros

The best reason to work at SoftRock is it's a fun place where you're paid well for the job you do. I like the culture and the work. The managers change from time to time which is confusing but it also shows me that I can possibly move into a management role.

Cons

The worst reason to work at SoftRock is sometimes you have meetings run longer then expected. I'd like to have more variety when it comes to the free cereal and snacks. The Players Club gave me that.

Pros

Changes in early December but definitely can see the company's vision. Communication with all managers has gotten 100x better and everyone is really involved and working hard. I actually look forward to coming here and working which is more than most of my friends can say (some of whom work for really, really big companies). My pros would have to be: - Nice people to work with - Great work environment - Free food (and too much of it) - Parking is really close - The pay is really good and lots of PTO days Overall I'd say anyone who posted a really negative review here likely doesn't work here and probably shouldn't have to begin with. The culture is super unique with a work hard, play hard kind of mindset which maybe isn't for evrybody.

Cons

Some smokers don't go all the way to the smoking area (and I can't stand the smell when going to my car).
