Lots of young people which can be a double-edged sword. Most think they are not compensated enough and find trivial things to complain about because they have no clue what it's like to work at other places. There is a definite lack of maturity on some teams and a general sense of entitlement. HR coddles them and turns non-concerns into things that seem huge, which reinforces this bad behaviour.

When I worked there I got pregnant and had a miscarriage, the manager and supervisor of my department had no compassion. They wanted me to come back to work right away. Since I had four months as per canadian law I could of have 4 month off of maternity leave. Which helps mothers who had a loss to get back to normal. Soft choice didn’t care and was rushing me to come back.
