      Work-From-Home policy / is1 day/week. Work-life balance is there.

      Cons

      Poor use of technology for an IT solutions company. Legacy architecture and/or favouring "Managed Service Partners" makes for disparate IT components and therefore extremely inefficient working conditions. Daily book of business (workload) becomes harder to manage as working conditions remain stagnant. Employees at Customer Service level experience are being asked to implement workaround solutions of unintegrated infrastructure. With all of this money and strategic partnerships, it's hard to believe it's taken a "solution leader" in the industry nearly 30 years to invest in a proper IT consultation project. Below industry average salary for new hires. High turnover.

      Great culture, great people, great perks

      Cons

      Softchoice preaches culture yet they're hypocrites. You can live by the culture, believe in it, hit your metrics, do well overall and still be let go because your manager doesn't like you. Doesn't give ANY feedback to improve on. They say there's no politics. It's ALL politics. And you wonder why the turnover rate is so high at this company, even at the management level.
