Great people and met a lot of interesting people through events etc.

Cons

Sales training ran through a point system like some game show. Horrible day-to-day as they force you to dial 100 times a day like a robot or a cog in a machine. 1 on 1's with managers gives you more stress than anything. Micromanagement is a real issue.

Free food from vendor, great sales training.

Cons

Lower management is a nightmare, if you are lucky to get a good manager you will do very well, but other wise it is going to be a painful experience, as turnover is very high and managers only care about the next promotion and not team development.
