Pros

Good for people don’t know how to do their job, especially if you could get the position like Kevin Puckett

Cons

VP level people knows nothing about this industry and business, abuse your employees will push away your customers.

Pros

Ive worked at softchoice for over 3 years and made some of the best friends of my life. Lots of free events, trips, prizes promos, Easy to get promoted(been promoted 4 times since being here), dont listen to the negative reviews about salaries it is very easy to overachieve your targets and make more money then OTE says.

Cons

sometimes a little more freedom in TSD would be helpful!

Pros

Company culture, dog-friendly environment, people are usually nice to work with, benefits are good for full-time employees

Cons

So many changes on the marketing team in such a short period that decreased the team morale. People who have worked at the company for 3, 5 and even 10 years have left for another role elsewhere (essentially because of a higher pay). That leads the current team to have more work to do since the backfills take months to happen, if they ever do. Strategy from upper management changes constantly so there is no consistency. One quarter can be about one thing and the other can be about a completely different subject. Sales and marketing work separately so it's hard for marketing to influence the business no matter how hard you work. Some managers do a lot of micromanagement and sometimes don't even know what are the goals that the team needs to achieve.
