      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Honestly, trash management. Horrible salaries. No idea how to treat their employees. These people have a skewed perspective on how to handle their talent and will promote people based on random factors.

      Still have pretty solid benefits, retirement plans are hard to find these days.

      Cons

      Much of the management team has been replaced. There's a laser focus on quick growth to drive shareholder value rather than long-term investment. There's no understanding of the direction technology is moving in and there's a desire to act quickly on buzzwords.
