Pros

Softchoice is a fantastic company to work for, that really encourages growth within. Softchoice invests in the growth of it's people, and has a strong focus on coaching. The culture is truly unique.

Cons

As with any sales position, commission payouts are not always consistent and employees need to plan around their savings. At times resources can be somewhat lacking which places a huge pressure on the sales team.
