Great place to succeed & grow - for the right type of person
Pros
• We work hard and we play hard. My colleagues at work are my friends in life • This is a great place to grow a career in tech - for the right kind of person • We use the latest and greatest technology to do our work - for a geek like me, this is awesome • Volunteering and helping people is baked into the culture of the company
Cons
• Depending on the department, you may wear (too) many hats at once. There are a lot of folks who are spread too thin, which means they don't always have the time to get great at a few things • If you're not a natural learner, you're going to struggle to be successful - especially in sales • This is not a good place for people who want to punch in and punch out- expect to be challenged, and to perform • Depending on your role, it may be tough to advance as quickly as you'd like - this is particularly true for non-sales, niche roles in the organization
