Pros
Softchoice feels like a home away from home. Great events for everyone to network across different deparments (bowling. curling, Prom, karaoke, beer cart, poker...etc), dogs at work, supportive and collaborative environment regardless of what role you hold. It may be because I joined Softchoice at a later date in my career that I sincerely value the company, its people and what it stands for. Through reading some of the other reviews, it appears they come from individuals that haven't worked elsewhere - and have the "grass is always greener" symptom. This year alone I can think of 4 different people that have left and wanted to come back. It's a great place to build a career regardless if you are starting fresh out of school or have a few years of experience.
