Pros

The head office in Toronto is beautiful with exposed brick and bright colours. You can bring your dog to work. Depending on your role, there is a mobile allowance. 2 paid Volunteer Days of.f 1 day off for moving. Pretty decent benefits. You have the ability to get involved with a lot of different projects throughtout the organization. Every January they bring everyone (1200+ employees) to Toronto for an all in company kickoff event. There a lot of opportunities to move around within the company. They allow employees to buy into the company. Have met some of my favorite people in the world at this company.

Cons

Compensation is decent, however raises aren't given out that often. Some departments are under staffed so there can be a lag in receiving support from some departments. Because this is a Sales organziation, other departments not always receive as much recognition they deserve.

Pros

Culturally it's a place that empowers employees to take initiative. In some respects, the limits of what you can do is the bar that you set for yourself. I also really like a lot of my peers and love my team.

Cons

Company is going through a hard time right now, which has had a big impact on moral and opportunities. It feels like the average employee is being asked to take on a lot more responsibility with very little given back. It's also become a big company without the right processes and clarity in roles and responsibilities to allow many people to do their job effectively. There's a real lack of focus.

Pros

Great people and organization's environment encourages open communication.

Cons

Pay is low compare to other segments but you can make it up if you sell a lot.
