Pros

Great training programs, stellar company-wide events, emphasis on recognition, relaxed dress code, management is typically open to suggestions. Fun co-workers. Valiant attempt at cool/funky culture. Excellent office spaces. Good benefits.

Cons

Salaries are abysmal - far below average at both industry and local (geographic) levels. Promises of raises/adjustments are not delivered on, yet the organization finds the money to acquire three companies in a year. Operational concerns always eclipsed by Sales concerns. Long hours. Stiff, corporate atmosphere seems to be winning.

Pros

Co-Workers are great because they're all around the same young age and don't act too serious Nice offices Management is fairly flexible to time off

Cons

Low pay compared to other resellers and vendors Pay cuts are annoying, and equally annoying are freezes on raises (which have been in effect for the past 5 months or more) Too many metrics to bother keeping track of Too many accounts which results in a poor experience for the customer and more difficulty developing relationships Weekly "beer cart" is now monthly because of 'cost cutting' Parking is no longer paid for new employees Recent comp structure changes for inside reps result in even worse pay than there was before and subsequently little reason to work hard Basically, it's a lot less fun to work for this company when you remember the good times when several of the above cons were once pros
