Pros

Softchoice offers a great expereince in understanding this field. There is a great deal of attention and training given when you first start. Softchoice also provides great expereince with business development with buliding relationships with customers. Learning to manager a portfolio, and learning the IT world are a bonus.

Cons

Room to grow can be challenging, and the plan structure is a little complicated. Takes last years numbers, and makes you work off that, regardless of the changing environment.

Pros

Dog friendly environment and beer cart. The office is pretty cool too. You can wear jeans, runners, etc. Flex like that.

Cons

Long hours, little pay, little recognition, little advancement, no processes in place. Very disorganized and chaotic. They fly by the seat of their pants. The structure is severely lacking. The management staff is young and without allot of experience. They could use some training on dealing with their reps and providing positive feedback. They really focus on getting out the people who aren't performing as well as they would like. In the last few months, they've downsized quite a bit and made the environment sort of like walking on egg shells. Doesn't make it the most warm or inviting space right now.

Pros

The dogs and the beer make the office a very comfortable place to be, and the people are the strongest asset they have. Pretty office and good location. Trips and prizes are fun sometimes.

Cons

I wish they understood the employees are their best asset. They use the dogs and beer to hide the worse compensation package in the industry. Upper management could care less about their inside team. No room for upward mobility if you don't drink the Koolaid. Management tends to value personal relationships rather than professional performances for promotion opps. Losing touch with the Small company feel they were built on.
