Pros

Great training program from classroom time in Toronto through the months leading up to be deployed into role. Everyone there is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great benefits and the overall company culture is unlike anything I've ever experienced.

Cons

Not many. Breaking through into new accounts via cold calling can be rough at times but as can be expected with any sales position.

Pros

Softchoice has a great culture and although it is a sales environment is not a competitive environment. The people that you work with are great and it is a very casual work environment.

Cons

The pay is too low. There are too many needless metrics. There are too many layers of management.
