      Pros

      Uncapped Commission, True opportunities for growth within your position and across departments. Fantastic management & the CEO is an amazing person. No dress code, office is beautiful and filled with all kinds of amenities - gym, ping-pong, massage room, zen room. Truly a space you will enjoy showing up to.

      Cons

      Fast-paced work environment. Constantly changing and the need to evolve your product knowledge (seemingly monthly) Managers will add and remove accounts to your book of business, which can hamper your ability to gain a promotion (not maliciously, but some middle-managers are very unorganized). Adding an account = higher KPI targets for a promotion. I got gypped out of a promotion because my manager added a large account to my book 1 week before quarter end, inflating my quarterly quota by $60,000 in rev. Long hours.
